I am a Yoga Instructor (E-RYT-500/YACEP), C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, and certified Reiki Master Healing Practitioner located in Orange County, CA. I have been teaching all-levels yoga with a focus on truly understanding poses, and how to navigate through perceived limitations with mindful modifications for over 9 years. I have completed over 50 hours of trauma sensitivity training, and my mission is to help you reach your wellness, fitness, and flexibility goals while providing a compassionate and safe space to be yourself. I strive to make Yoga adaptable, accessible, and comfortable.
